Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Paraprofessional to support one of our clients in the Pittsburgh area. Our client is a tuition-free public charter school that focuses on giving every student the chance to find their pathway to success in the classroom and beyond. They work to form meaningful relationships and uplift their students by providing individualized attention through smaller class sizes, lower student-to-teacher ratios (12:1), and supervised after-school activities. This individual will support middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in providing a supportive and effective learning environment and de-escalating situations if needed. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position.
