We are proud to offer:$22 - $23/hourly wage (based on experience)Full-time position – Schedule provided at the time of hireComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, & 401(k)Paid holidays & vacationPerk Spot program – Discounts on cell phone plans, cars, and moreTremendous career growth opportunities within a company with a strong presence across North AmericaA team-oriented environment where your contributions are valuedQuality Control Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervise and train drivers to uphold quality, safety, and operational standardsManage driver check-ins, work assignments, and mandatory overtime when requiredConduct vehicle and lot inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness guidelinesInvestigate and document incidents, accidents, and safety concernsProvide coaching and performance feedback to drivers, ensuring continuous improvementCollaborate with internal departments to enhance efficiency and service qualityMaintain accurate records of inspections, driver evaluations, and daily operationsMonitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulationsMaintain a valid CDL and drive periodically as requiredQuality Control Supervisor Experience & Skills Required:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality management, transportation, or a related field is a plus1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in transportation, automotive, or quality controlStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesBasic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to analyze data and implement effective quality improvement strategiesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
