Job Summary:

Park Operations cast members ensure our guests have safe and enjoyable experiences while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Through transportation support, guest advisement, and area maintenance, operations cast members have a direct impact on our guests’ experiences.

Park Operations encompasses several fields, and applicants will be assigned to specific positions based on operational needs.

Responsibilities: Attractions Operations:Greet and welcome Guests into attractions and theatres in a sincere mannerScreen for boarding requirementLoad & unload guests from attractions / theatres / showsControl guest flow and ensure safety of GuestsInteract with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Guest Flow:Greet and welcome Guests into attractions in a sincere mannerControl guest flow and ensure safety of GuestsGive Guests an expectation of the performanceInteract with Guests, and handle their enquires & requestsMay be assigned to work in whole Park area
Main Gate:Greet and welcome Guests into the Park in a sincere mannerControl guest flow at turnstile areasAssist in ticketing operations with cash handling dutiesDistribute souvenirsInteract with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Resort Transportation:Control guest flow at Disneyland Public Transport InterchangeDirect Guests to take hotel guest shuttle services and control guest flow at queuing areaOperate open carpark area & welcome GuestsTransport, care and storage of Guests’ propertyInteract with Guests, and handle their enquires & requestsAssis in parking and storage operations with cash handling duties Basic Qualifications: Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locationsThis role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift hoursCaring and outgoing with good interpersonal skills. Expressive and proactive.Ability to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for GuestsAble to connect with Guests through conversations, body language, and personalized interactions Additional Information: Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
