THE JOB:  

As a Parking Ambassador, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guest need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.

Mon to Sun: 24 Hours

Parking at MGM Resorts

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services

Regulate the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays

Serve as a property ambassador by providing accurate information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests

Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

Has prior experience in a front facing guest role
