Responsibilities:

Request approval from the parking supervisor before taking any breaks to ensure proper staffing levels and service continuity. Greet and address patients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism at all times to create a positive experience. Follow established procedures when operating the department’s radios to ensure clear and efficient communication. Operate all vehicles entrusted to the valet service in a safe, responsible, and law-abiding manner at all times. Store vehicle keys according to departmental procedures to ensure security and easy access when needed. Immediately report any vehicle damage to the parking supervisor, providing accurate details for documentation and resolution. Adhere to the organization’s values by demonstrating respect, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all interactions with patients, staff, and visitors. Ensure accurate completion of all necessary information on vehicle tags and log sheets to maintain organized and reliable records.
