Parking Attendant Job Details Job Location Brookwood Baptist Medical Center - Birmingham, AL Salary Range $15.00 Hourly Description Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing and motivated Attendant to join our team in Birmingham! Primary Responsibilities: + Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon entering and exiting the lobby + Assist customers with parking for parking with cash or credit inside the building + Give general directions to Doctor's offices and elevators + Assist parkers with questions about rates, parking services, using parking passes, and any other issues they may have + Use of parking equipment and reporting any issues to management + May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklist + Other special projects as assigned by management Requirements: + Strong customer service experience + Ability to communicate professionally and effectively + Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement + Excellent interpersonal skills Shift Available: + Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm + Friday: 9:00 am-1:00 pm Benefits Available (Waiting Period May Apply): + Medical Insurance + Dental Insurance + Vision Insurance + 401k With Employer Match + Sick Leave + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Pre-paid Legal Insurance + Identity Theft Protection Insurance
