Our client is seeking a Tow Lot Assistant to join their team. As a Tow Lot Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Tow Lot Assistant

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $18 /hr.

What’s the Job?

Accurately enter information into a web-based program while on the phone. Answer calls from staff, the public, MPD, and tow contractors. Dispatch Parking Enforcement Officers to various locations. Communicate effectively over a 2-way radio. Work as part of a small team in an office environment.

What’s Needed?

Ability to work 2nd shift, Sunday-Thursday from 4pm-midnight. Familiarity with city streets and locations. Experience handling phone calls and dispatching. Proficiency with web-based programs and data entry. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
