Job Summary: Responsible for efficiently overseeing the management and operation of our six-level parking facility, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Details: Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay: Starting at $59,000/yr. Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Mount Rushmore National Memorial? Demonstrated ability to lead a team of supervisors and individual contributors. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Adept in using email for effective communication, including managing correspondence, organizing inboxes, and utilizing advanced features for efficient workflow. Experience Operating or managing a revenue generating department. Exhibits a strong curiosity and proactive attitude in troubleshooting point of sale system issues, collaborating with both external and internal technical support to find effective solutions. Understanding of, and experience with electronic point of sale back-office administrator programs. Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a departmental budget. Demonstrated experience with guest satisfaction. Qualifications Education and Experience: 3 years previous leadership experience overseeing a staff of 20 or more people and bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field or 8 plus years previous leadership experience overseeing a staff of 20 or more peoplE. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record in the last 3 years. Work Environment: Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures at and elevations over 5,000 feet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to usual temperature ranges (both cool and hot) for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate. Minimal travel outside the property may be required. Standing, reaching, and use of hands on a regular basis. Frequently walking. Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift over 50 pounds with assistance.
