Responsibilities
Issue parking permits to qualified individualsCollect payment for parking permitsInput parking permit information into the computer systemAnswer questions and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phoneOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of ageCash handling experience requiredBasic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office a plusStrong customer service backgroundAbility to problem solveAbility to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds and culturesAble to work well with co-workers in a close, fast-paced, high-volume environment, but also have the ability to work independentlyMust be able to stand or sit for entire shift
Salary Range: $17.39 per hour
