POSITION: Parking SupervisorDEPARTMENT: Box OfficeREPORTS TO: Box Office Manager / SupervisorFLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Parking Supervisor position with ASM Global/Boeing Center at Tech Port. The Parking Supervisor is responsible for o verseeing all parking lots, parking cashiers and ticket takers during events. In addition, Parking Supervisor is responsible for parking of all events and all parking lots within the Tech Port property on a daily event basis. Acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coordinates the event parking plan with the Box Office Manager, Coordinators and other Lot Supervisors.
+ Coordinates necessary staffing and traffic control for all parking lots
+ .Ensures the schedule of work coordinates with events.
+ Supervises all Parkers by ensuring all comply with parking policies and procedures.
+ Enforces all parking policies and procedures.
+ Assist with set up and tear down of all parking lots.
+ Monitors all Parkers by ensuring that all staff complies with proper uniform standards.
+ May perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
+ Etix ticketing system experience a plus.
+ Experience in a live environment operation is a plus

+ Must be able to multi-task between job functions.
+ Must be able to get along with co-workers, customers, vendors and visitors to the facility.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
+ Assist in troubleshooting technological issues that may occur
+ Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.
+ Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
WORKING CONDITIONS
+ May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing
+ Position is routinely required to work outdoors and is exposed to year-round weather elements (heat, rain, cold, etc.)
+ Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
+ Requires moderate physical efforts. Standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
