POSITION: Parking Vault Staff

Summary
ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Parking/ Vault Cashier for ASM Global Jacksonville. Responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of cash control functions including all cash handling procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Controls and records all parking passes issued & returned to/from parking cashiers and supervisors.Plans, prepares, and monitors event cash & parking pass requirements.Controls, records, and balances inventory of parking passes kept on-hand. Request re-orders as needed.Counts event revenue and prepares cashier settlements after each event.Controls and monitors handhelds during events. Tracking any issues throughout the event(s) i.e., passes not scanning, handheld connectivity issues, etc.Communication with cashiers where required.Reports to Parking MOD (Manager on Duty) with collaboration with shift supervisors when applicableEstablish and maintain positive client relationships.Other duties may be assigned based on staffing and event needs.Qualifications
