Core Responsibilities may include:

Provide assistance with meal preparation and feeding Accompany clients on errands and appointments Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain timely accurate records and documentation Provide quality care and support to clients Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

PCA certification At least one year of experience working in home care with seniors Basic Life Support Certification Ability to lift up to 25 pounds English proficiency with strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to pass a criminal background Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Essential Functions

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

Primarily in-home settings Varying shifts may include weekends and holidays

Required:

Two references

Proof of a TB screening within the last year showing clear results
