Part Supply and Logistics Analyst

Directly report to: Regional PS&L Manager

Required Education/ Background: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Commerce/Trading, Business Admin, Automotive Engineering/Mechanics

Minimum experience:

At least 3 years experiences in Automotive industry

Others

Experience in aftersales service/products is a plus.

Business Acumen is a plus.

Customer Service experience.

Good at English (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office (Word/Excel, Power Point).

Good communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, coordination, presentation…)

Good analytical skill.

Creative, teamwork, careful and capable to learn new concepts.

Good at customer satisfaction-oriented mindset

General duties:

Manage inbound and unboxing plan.

Follow up with forwarder and broker to monitor unboxing plan.

Update ETA to system.

Monitor performance of forwarder and broker 

Work with broker for receiving parts. 

Monitor service part for Vehicle Off Road (VOR) 

As a contact point for VOR parts.

Provide solution or distribution VOR part case to right person for solution.

Monitor VOR parts performance.

Inbound and outbound transportation supervision

Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Monitor performance of transporters and brokers.

Handle claims related transportations and brokers.

Part flows in the warehouses

Set the flow of parts in the warehouse so that parts can move from receiving to shipping in the shortest time.

Monitor lines per man hour LPMH performance of warehouse.

Set the cut-of time for picking and shipping process.

Any other tasks assigned by direct Supervisor or Head of Department.

Compliance:

Maintain & apply quality control system in working area including but not limited to TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001, QOS, Ford Production System.

Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company issued from time to time.

Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office.

Assure the compliance of internal processes in the area, including but not limit to MCRP, Operating System, ISO

Work as department ISO/TS/process coordinator to systematize all process and documentation.
