**Job Title: Cook** **Job Description** We are looking for a cook who will prepare a variety of food items, including burgers, salads, and fried dishes, and restock stations as needed. **Hard Skills** + Cooking according to production guidelines and standardized recipes + Setting up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment + Preparing ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items + Safely using a variety of utensils including knives + Operating equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc. + Baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and using various cooking methods + Arranging, garnishing, and portioning food according to guidelines + Properly storing food according to food safety policies + Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils **Soft Skills** + Maintaining excellent customer service + Displaying a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers + Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation + Ensuring the security of company assets **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Towson, Maryland. **Work Environment** Towson **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
