As an Associate Banker- Market Expansion in Branch Banking, you will play a key role in our branch's success. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will introduce clients to our licensed bankers, manage branch operations, and educate clients on our self-service technology options. Your proactive outreach and commitment to best practices will help our clients meet their banking and investment goals.
 Job responsibilitiesEngages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures and performing account origination for consumer clientsProvides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help them meet their consumer banking and investment goals Champions new Associate Banker skills such as tablet utilization, account opening, and other key initiatives, helping Associate Bankers as they learn Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they wantShares best practices across the supported branches to deliver a strong controls environment and exceptional customer experienceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills6+ months of customer service experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and proceduresProfessional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skills Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technologyCash handling experience
