Part Time Accounting Office Assistant (Remote)

Established CPA Firm is currently hiring a part time accounting clerk for their office. The hours are flexible and you may work remote if you would like to.

The ideal applicant will have administrative support or possibly bookkeeping, however, experience is not required.

The position is responsible for answering the phones and providing customer service in the event a CPA is not available. Preparing emails, letters, memos, and pulling tax documents. Scanning and forwarding requested documents to clients, etc. This position does not prepare any tax documents for businesses or individuals.
