Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in SAN JOSE, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, reconciling accounts, and maintaining data integrity. Your duties will also include processing invoices, managing check runs, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage the complete accounts payable process • Handle account reconciliation tasks with precision • Oversee and conduct check runs on a regular basis • Code invoices accurately and efficiently • Ensure accuracy in data entry tasks • Process invoices in a timely manner • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reporting • Operate Oracle systems for data management and processing • Make use of QuickBooks for financial tasks • Engage with SAP systems for various accounts payable processes Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures • Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation tasks • Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Invoice Processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting • Familiarity with Oracle financial software • Expertise in using QuickBooks for accounting procedures • Experience with SAP system for managing business operations and customer relations.
