Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk in Charlestown, Massachusetts. As part of our clients team, you will be instrumental in handling customer account details, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate records. Your role will be vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our financial department. Responsibilities • Accurate processing of customer credit applications • Efficient management and reconciliation of accounts receivable • Attending to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes • Manage cash applications and collections effectively • Undertake commercial collections where necessary • Utilize Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis • Manage Yardi software for financial operations.
