Part Time Administrative Assistant

An established financial investment company is currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant. The hours are flexible and you may work from home. This is a permanent position with the company.

The ideal applicant will be interested in long term employment as a part time Administrative Assistant. You must be comfortable talking directly with clients when needed. Applicants will need advanced computer skills for this role.

The Administrative Assistant will support a licensed financial advisor in all administrative tasks. Run a variety of reports and create master Excel spreadsheets for meetings. Type professional correspondence, collect client documents when needed, perform data entry, etc. You may also be asked to provide relief to the receptionist and general customer service to clients when senior staff is unavailable. You will order office supplies, and general tasks.
