Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Plainfield office location, Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: + Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information. + Obtain missing information as required. + Social media savvy (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) + Canva + Compile buyer packets + Maintain monthly floor scheduling + Pull reports + Administrative support services + General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance. + Process buyer rep agreements. + Data entry Requirements + Real estate knowledge is a plus + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to multi-task & prioritize + Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently and with a team + Professional appearance + Pro-active Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
