We want to hire a Part Time Administrative Assistant who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service. This role is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our internal customers and acts as a liaison to the Community Managers and homeowners primarily, but will also occasionally interact with vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at Associa and within the branch office.

Job Duties:

\n\nField and respond to Board or Homeowner queries as it relates to job duties assigned.\nInteract with vendors and assist with addressing emergency requests as necessary\nMaintain property files and unit files relating to ongoing projects.\nAssist Community Manager with requests for proposals, repair quotes, insurance notification lists as well as other assigned projects.\nParticipate in Associa training including Associa University webinars, etc.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements\n

Knowledge and Skills:

\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level\nKnowledge of communities, property, real estate and homeowners associations\nKnowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\n\n

Education and Experience:

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nAssociates Degree strongly preferred\nBachelor's Degree Preferred\nAt least one year of Customer Service experience is required\nAt least one year of Community Association Management or relevant experience is preferred\n\n\n
