Description DescriptionEmory University and the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine is seeking a part-time faculty member at the Assistant Professor level in the PA Program. This is an academic position requiring student advising and teaching responsibilities.  Responsibilities for this position include:Facilitating small group learning sessionsProviding professional and academic advisement for studentsAssessing student work, including  written documentation, live or recorded OSCEs, and summative evaluationsAssisting in skills training and simulation lab sessionsEngaging in quarterly Society meetings and the Emory PA Program retreatCompleting additional tasks as assigned by the course director and program directorQualifications Required:A Master’s degree or higherCurrent NCCPA certificationCurrent GA license or eligible for GA licenseMinimum of 3 years clinical experienceFaculty experience preferably in PA education or preceptingExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Emory Supports a Diverse and Inclusive Culture
