The Opportunity:

The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville seeks a Part-time Banquet Set Up Attendant to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

This individual offers world-class service to the guest who have chosen to host an event with Four Seasons. Knowledgeable and respectful with an incredible attention to detail and a passion for service.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order or request from managementTransport the necessary operational items throughout the Hotel to ensure successful execution of tasks and eventsStock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good conditionMaintain cleanliness and excellent condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plansRetrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securelyGreet guests in a professional manner and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessaryServe Food or Beverage to guestsStock necessary F&B goods in the back of houseAssist with set-up and breakdown of banquet eventsAssists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed, as well in other areas of the resortWork harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.  

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in food and beverage service or related workMust be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shiftsStrong oral presentation skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions regarding eventsAbility to execute tasks independently and in a teamAbility to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environmentStrong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations
