Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. You assist our bartenders and servers in preparing for service and delivering an experience that makes our guests feel unique and valued. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued.

What you will be doing:

Assist bartender and servers with all steps of service, helping prioritize the guest experienceStock and break down bar for serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow brand policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow hotel time and attendance policyFollow grooming and attire guidelinesOther duties as assigned

Compensation: $25.90 per hour

Your experience and skills include:

Previous service experience Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamMust be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

Constant standing and walking throughout the shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
