Description We are in search of a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team located in Modesto, California. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in handling various bookkeeping tasks, including payroll processing, invoice processing, and reconciliation tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Handle payroll tasks for a team of employees, including weekly payroll processing and payroll tax calculations. • Undertake year-end reporting duties. • Conduct thorough reconciliation tasks on a regular basis. • Accurately process 100+ invoices monthly. • Maintain and monitor accurate records of all financial transactions. • Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Payroll to ensure smooth financial operations. • Act as a point of contact for any inquiries related to bookkeeping, providing timely and accurate responses. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall financial objectives. • Ensure all financial data is updated and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
