Part Time Bookkeeper
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper to manage various accounting and financial tasks within a dynamic environment. This role involves supporting daily financial operations, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor communication and payment processing.Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.Maintain accurate records for inventory and expenses.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist with financial forecasting and reporting preparation.Manage and reconcile company expenses and employee reimbursements.Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.Qualifications:
