Description We are in search of a Part-Time Bookkeeper to be a part of our CPA firm based in Lawrenceville, NJ. As a Bookkeeper, you will handle a variety of tasks, including bank reconciliations, data entry, and bookkeeping. You will also be interacting with our clients, which requires a strong emphasis on security and confidentiality. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of bank reconciliations • Manage daily cash receipts and disbursements • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate financial records • Participate in the process of assembling tax returns (training will be provided) • Handle phone inquiries and perform other clerical tasks as necessary • Utilize Sage and QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks • Uphold the highest level of security and confidentiality when dealing with client information Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role • Proven experience with account reconciliation • Proficiency in bank reconciliations • Extensive bookkeeping skills • Proven ability in data entry tasks • Experience in handling daily cash receipts Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
