Location:  Summit Park Communities, Roxborough, PA Position Type: Part-Time Availability: Must have Saturday evening availability UCH is seeking a motivated and responsible Bouncer to work in a fast-paced full-service Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments ( www.summitphilly.com ). Responsibilities: + Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff + Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance + Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests + Address and de-escalate conflicts professionally and respectfully + Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor + Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to + Protect company property and equipment from damage + Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed Qualifications: + High School Diploma + Background Check Required + Personable and friendly attitude + A bility to multi-task + Prior experience in security, crowd control, or a related role is a plus + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure + Availability on Saturday evenings is required What We Offer: + Competitive hourly pay + A supportive and professional work environment + Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and energetic team If you’re dependable, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
