Job Responsibilities:
• Plans and coordinates patient assignments.
• Assists in the coordination of staff on a daily basis to assure delivery of patient care by competent caregivers.
• Communicates on an ongoing basis the staffing patterns to the Patient Care Manager.
• Promotes supervision and guidance of nursing personnel, including pool and agency staff.
• Provides a climate conducive to educational experiences for nursing students and new employees.
• Functions as a preceptor when necessary.
• Recognizes roles of non-RN staff based on Hospital policy and State Board regulations.
• Provides a climate respectful of cultural diversity
Part Time Charge RN - Telemetry - 2 Days Per Week including weekends - 7p- 7A.
