Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (16 hours)

 

Job Description:

Looking to hire a hybrid part time individual with clinical research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing Pneumococcal disease clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

 

Responsibilities:

Community outreachReferral physician networkingEducating medical professionalsVisiting clinics and hospitals to meet with medical professionals about the studySpeaking about the trialVisit local clinics and centers to supply study materialsPosting fliers, brochures (recruitment materials) at targeted locations to reach patientsEducating patients on the clinical trialMaintain and update online portals daily to track locations and metricsMedia referral processingAny study efforts deemed necessary by the site

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year in a Clinical Research Coordinator roleBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredExperience in patient recruitment and community outreachExperience with electronic medical records (EMR)Only seeking part-time hours, there is no potential for full time hours in this roleReliable transportation, CRC will be required to travel in local area

Duration: Open ended contract (expected to be 3-6 months with possible extension)

Schedule: 16 hours/week (CRC needs to be flexible Monday-Friday during normal business hours)

Hourly pay range: $25-30 per hour

Start date: ASAP
