Part-time Compliance Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Part-time Compliance Analyst** job opportunity located in Northborough, MA!
**Shift: Mon – Fri 20-25 Hours (days determined based on business need – must be flexible Mon - Fri)**
**Pay Rate: $** **35.00/HR**
**Length: 6 months**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for oversight of Client’s FMCSA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol program.
+ Manage internal compliance reports.
+ Act as a liaison with client’s third-party vendors that oversee FMCSA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol compliance as well as collection site monitoring.
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices and provide guidance related to contractor drug and alcohol programs.
+ Drug and alcohol training support & development.
+ Attend and present at Absence Management meeting for managers and supervisors across the Region.
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 2-3 years’ experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Effective stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to make timely and effective decisions
+ Demonstrated proficiency in applicable information systems
+ Excellent computer and data analysis skills (Microsoft Office suite)
+ Working knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations (FMCSA and PHMSA) preferred
+ Basic data analytic skills; organizational skills
+ Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPS)

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
