Description One of our growing clients is offering an exciting opportunity for a PART TIME (20-25 hours per week) Credit Analyst in the Manufacturing industry, located in Fairfield County, CT. You will be a part of a dynamic team, focusing on managing customer accounts and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of credit applications. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage customer Accounts Receivable portfolio, focusing on our clients in Latin America • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of credit limit reviews and renewals • Handle collection activities related to aged invoices, short pays, and discrepancies • Collaborate with other business units • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for key stakeholders • Manage and review blocked orders in the company's ERP system • Handle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritizing them to consistently meet deadlines • Undertake special projects and assignments when necessary • Leverage your Accounts Receivable (AR), and Credit Analysis skills to perform your duties effectively. If you are specifically looking for a flexible, PART TIME opportunity and you are fluent in Spanish, please email your resume to anthony.riccio@roberthalf(.com) for consideration Requirements • Bilingual / Fluent in Spanish • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Paper/Packaging industry. • Proficiency in SAP software is a plus. • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Credit processes. • Demonstrable experience in credit analysis and risk assessment. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of financial laws and regulations. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
