This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is confident on the phone. The position is located in Coral Springs, FL 33065 and pays $20 per hour.

Position Overview:
Role: Customer Service Representative/Appointment Setter
Type: Part-Time
Hours: Flexible, typically between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays (approximately 2 per month)

Workload: Make 100+ calls per day, with a goal of 20 meaningful conversations. The task usually takes about 3 hours each day.

Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to potential clients using a provided list.
Engage in meaningful conversations to set appointments for the real estate team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment settings.
Provide excellent customer service to potential clients over the phone.

Qualifications:
Strong phone skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Friendly, personable, and comfortable with cold calling.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be reliable and consistent in meeting daily call targets.
