Job Title: Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Shift Times:
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMJob Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at an assisted living facility. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Monitor and document residents’ health and behavior. Ensure a safe and clean living environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a caregiving or DSP role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
