Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Distribution Center is located in La Crosse, WI.  The 485,000 square foot facility supplies products for all 880+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet-Plus Grocery locations. The Distribution Center operates 24/7, 365 days per year with 650+ co-workers on two primary shifts. 

 

Join our Distribution Center crew where you will be responsible for accurately pulling orders in our warehouse and/or loading our trailers for delivery to our retail locations. The position involves using a Power Pallet Jack and Fork Lift. 

 

Work Schedule: This is a year-round (not seasonal) part-time opportunity. Hours are 3rd shift only (start time 7:30pm), working two to three, 10-hour shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday (One weekend day must be included) and some holidays.

 

Qualifications:

Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasksWork well alone and with othersPossess basic math aptitudeRead, understand, and interpret numbersAccurate / detail orientedWork in a fast paced environmentWork in a safety conscious environmentAdhere to sanitation / hygiene standardsPrior order selection, Power Pallet Jack and Reach Lift experience is a plus. 

 

Physical qualifications:  lift/carry repeatedly up to 60 pounds to 60 inches, 40 pounds to 72 inches, and 20 pounds to 82”; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in -20 – 90+ degree F temperatures.
