We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to empowering youth and adolescents to help them achieve their full potential. Your role will involve providing transportation services for the Verona Shelter participants to school, appointments, home visits, etc. Familylinks encourages work/life balance and supports employee self-care.

PT Driver/Aide Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the program’s philosophy, principles and procedures in all facets of performance.Support treatment plan objective as indicated and/or as directed.Complete timely and accurate documentation.Communicate, collaborate, and meet with staff, families, external agencies and/or others as necessary to support services to clients and the agency’s mission.Transport clients to/from school, meetings, home visits, community activities, etc.Maintain cleanliness, maintenance schedule, operation, recording of mileage, and charges.Transport supplies and materials as requested.Assist with the supervision of client activities as needed.Participate in all assigned meetings, supervision and trainings. Requirements

PT Driver/Aide Requirements:

High school diploma or a GED along with 2+ years of relevant experience.Excellent driving skills.Experience operating a motor vehicle as part of routine job duties preferred.Must possess valid Driver’s License.Schedule may require working evenings and weekends as needed.Flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.Proficient with computer programs.Support the organization’s mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.

Working Conditions:

This position is based in Verona and provides transportation responsibilities within Allegheny and surrounding counties.
