Due to continued growth, our Environmental Services Group is currently looking for a Part Time Due Diligence Specialist to join the ENERCON Team. Location is open, US-based.

Responsibilities Perform desktop reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other environmental reports, specifically for sites in the UK and EU countriesEvaluate report findings based on the regulatory framework in the country of origin and the client’s requisite scope of workProvide defensible recommendations based on site conditions presented in reports, regulatory framework, and risk toleranceMaintain confidentiality related to property and client-sensitive information Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Construction, or related Sciences field AND a minimum of 7 years in environmental consulting and due diligence experience, including Phase I ESAsAbility to complete multiple projects concurrently with varying scopes of work within short timeframesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem solving and general scientific evaluation skillsComputer skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite and Parcel platformWorking knowledge of environmental regulations in the UK and EU countries Additional Information
