Part Time Executive Assistant

Our client, an education management provider is seeking a part time Executive Assistant to t=join their team! This role is based in Brighton, MA, hours for approximately 15-20/week, each day starting at 8am, duration through April of this year, and paying between $38-44/hr, depending on experience. Calendar and Travel Management

Extensive calendar management requiring prioritization of multiple calendars in varying time zones with effective communication across various internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates on bi-weekly meeting agendas for Corporate Learning Leadership Team Handles all scheduling logistics, including conferencing technology and meal orders Coordination with guests for meetings on context and talking points, timing and slides Handles flight arrangements and hotel bookings with aid of travel agency Completes monthly expense reports for both executives 


Internal Communications 

Gathers and edits fortnightly updates to Chairman. Independently write communications on behalf of Executives while also reviewing and editing documents for grammar, style and formatting Solicit materials from department leaders for monthly unit review meetings with CEO Slide development and management for unit presentations including new product launches and go-to-market strategies 


Project Management

Strategically support the executives' priorities - planning, scheduling, and attending working sessions to advance goals such as quarterly/annual leadership team offsite meetings Work collaboratively with the team on non-routine projects and events across the organization Provide back-up support as needed to other members of the team

What we're looking for:

5-8 years of project management and administrative partnership to senior executives Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously Outstanding communication (written and verbal), influencing and project management skills Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and key stakeholders Flexibility to take on a wide range of responsibilities. Ability to establish workflows and project priority based on expectations and consideration of business needs.  Confidence and professional poise when working with board members and other external high-profile collaborators (ex. External Boards, Community officials, Philanthropic Orgs, etc.)  Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 or equivalent platform (Google Suite, etc.)
