About the Job:

Conduct site visits and inspect properties; Notify the property channels of required replacements.Take water meter readings, clear the fire panel, and rekey spaces as needed.Assist in monitoring on-site vendors/contractors and coordinate logistics for projects.Process invoices, complete vendor forms, and input energy data into the system.

About You:

1+ years of office or facilities services or property operations experience.Basic knowledge and understanding of vendor coordination and building maintenance.Self-starter with creative thinking and strong organizational skills.

About the Position
