Responsibilities: + Teach high quality undergraduate accounting courses on-ground in financial and managerial accounting. + Provide students with a plan for learning at the start of classes. + Prepare and deliver active learning course content and engaging class activities; compile, administer, and grade assignments/ examinations. + Hold weekly office hours. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills are required. Education Requirements + Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Qualifications: + A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA®, CFP®, etc.) is preferred. + Previous teaching experience in a university setting is preferred. + Strong communication skills. + Experience with Blackboard or similar Learning Management System (LMS) preferred. + Ability to foster an inclusive learning environment. + Commitment to contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
