2. Instruct courses at various times and locations of the Blinn College District.
3. Maintain access to students through regular office hours and electronic communication.
4. Prepare course syllabus using guidelines established by the Blinn College District.
5. Assess courses taught using guidelines established by the Blinn College District.
6. Conduct annual professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, delivery methods, classroom media, and educational resources.
7. Evaluate students’ performance and keep students informed of there progress in a timely manner.
8. Provides recommendations to the Academic Dean, Assistant Dean, Department Heads, and Curriculum Resource Team regarding curriculum, where possible.
9. Demonstrate a positive and professional relationship with students, colleagues, college administration, and the community.
10. Submit timely college reports and forms to the appropriate divisions/departments, when required.
11. Attends college orientation and required institutional meetings.
12. Timely completion of training required by the Blinn College District.
13. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in arts.

Successful background check and/or finger printing for any internal or external facilities, of the Blinn College District. Preferred Experience and Training 1- Ability to teach Art Appreciation, Art History, and Art studio courses in a face to face modality.
2- College level teaching experience desirable Physical Requirements Required Degree, License or Certifications Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in arts.
