As a Field Engagement Trainer, you will promote sales by preparing and introducing Kroger shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling and support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members as well as demo set up and break down.

You're 21 years or olderCan work 28-32 hours per week including a minimum of 1 weekend day Can stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-storeCan lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shiftAre comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment Have experience training others Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing mannerHave reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAre willing to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week
