Responsibilities:
Fleet Management Review
Assist in Fleet Management review for assigned customers by monitoring the efficient operation and maintenance of the customer’s fleet trucks. Assess customer’s key performance across the enterprise and individual locations. Serve as the single point of contact to address dealer network issues, maintain Planned Maintenance Completion, First Time Fix Rate, Parts off Shelf Availability and Breakdown Response Time. Monitor customer’s maintenance spend and corporate/site budgets through daily review of invoices, quotes, and purchase orders. Field and lead questions, concerns or challenges posed by assigned customers. Research and investigate concerns and opportunities within assigned account.

Monitor and distribute truck add requests, customer portal requests, and respond to other various questions that are received. Adding customers assets into Partner to invoice against.
Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
Excellent computer skills
