Benefits & Compensation Overview: Additional perks: discounted Kraft Heinz products through company store and other Employee Discounts.. Starting $19.30/hr plus shift premium 2nd shift premium is $.75/hr 3rd shift premium is $1.00/hr Work Schedule:

8 hour shifts

2nd shift: 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm

3rd shift: 10:45 pm to 7:00 am

1st shift: 6:45 am to 3:00 pm

Flex schedule in that the days of the week can vary

Responsibilities & Duties:

Documentation of pertinent information where required.

Keeping area clean and orderly.

Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.

Comply with all company policies and general safety rules while performing duties.         

Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.

Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management

Participate and collaborates in meetings.

Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.

Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.

Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.

Perform other duties incidental to job as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Prefer experience in production/ manufacturing- but will train the right candidates.

Safe work habits.

Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy.

Promotes teamwork.

Attention to detail to avoid and/or identify errors.

Good organizational skills.

Able to operate a fork truck – Kraft Heinz will train.

Able to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Able to work flexible schedule when needed.

Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Able to safely work at heights.

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Able to understand & follow instructions.

Able to operate a computer.

Excellent oral & written communication skills.
