Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives within an agency environment and is passionate about design, cataloging, and publication layout. If you are an Adobe Creative Cloud expert with a proven talent for creating impactful designs, have a knack for managing both physical and digital assets, and are meticulous in your attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you! Primary Responsibilities: + Catalog Management: Assist in managing, maintaining, and updating a 250-page physical and digital catalog to ensure all design assets and information remain current. + Software Flexibility: Adapt to using various cataloging software systems based on prior experience. + Design Execution: Create and refine design assets for a variety of clients using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Animate (AI). + Publication Layout: Handle end-to-end physical publication layout projects, ensuring they meet professional design and quality standards. + Collaboration: Work with internal teams and agency clients to deliver innovative, attention-grabbing visual designs. Requirements + Must pass a standard 7-year background check. + Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience, primarily within an agency or similar fast-paced environment. + Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Animate (AI). + Demonstrated experience with physical publication layouts and the ability to organize and update large-format projects. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure consistent catalog updates and asset management. + Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects. Preferred Skills: + Familiarity with newer AI tools for graphic design (e.g., DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) to streamline processes (not required but a bonus). + Open mindset towards learning and adapting to emerging trends and tools in graphic design and asset cataloging.
