Cub in Shorewood is looking for Part Time Overnight Grocery Stock Clerk to join our team. Grocery Stock Clerk will provide stocking support for the Grocery Department. Emphasis in this position is on stocking, load cutting, sorting, and display building in order to ensure maximum product availability and department sales. This position requires ongoing walking, moderate to heavy lifting, operation of pallet jack, use of box cutter, judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction and reading.
Job Responsibilities
· Performs aisle stocking and display building and maintenance.
· Performs cutting and sorting of grocery stock loads.
· Performs cleanup of sales floor or back room
· Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement and customers with questions about product locations.
· Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
· Assists with cashiering.
· Answers department phone calls and responds or refers as appropriate.
· Functional requirements
Job Requirements
· Lifting/carrying 20 to 50 lbs., occasionally lifting/carrying 60-75lbs.
· Pushing/pulling 300 to 2500 lbs.
· Equipment operation (box cutter, flat bed, forklift, pallet jack).
· Stooping/bending, reading, turning, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing.
· Judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, and reading.
SCHEDULE:
Weekend availability is required. Monday – Sunday 10pm-6am.My Cub. My Way.
