GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class serviceInteract with Amalie Arena guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional mannerAdhere to all standard operating procedures and policiesComply with and adhere to all conduct standardsSuccessfully perform varied and complex tasksMaintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist guests with scanning their tickets into the arenaCreate an enjoyable guest experience through guest engagementEnsure all guests are adhering to the fan code of conductProvide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization proceduresOperates the elevator during events and gamesMust adhere to attendance policy and be available for 70% of eventsPerform other duties, as assigned

Excellent Customer Service and Problem-Solving skillsKnowledge and skill in radio communicationStrong Leadership skills with ability to take and execute directionsAbility to remain calm and focused during times of stressExcellent verbal communication skills with strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to exercise sound judgment to disuse volatile situations
