What you’ll do:

As a Coach Counselor for the High Impact Program, you'll provide safety, structure, and interactive supervision for youth in our program while providing an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You'll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with education, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment plan. 

 

There is no previous experience required for this role, as training will be provided. We are looking for individuals that are consistent, fair, punctual, motivated, and structure-oriented. If you have prior experience in similar facilities, any military training and/or relevant education, you may be eligible to start above entry-level. 

 Current Shifts:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 9AM to 4PM Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 2PM to 9PM

To be considered, you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Be fair, firm, and consistent.  Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with troubled teens. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
