Description: Seeking a Hospital Services Representative who is customer service oriented, and a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism. Duties include, but are not limited to: + Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services + Ensuring order timely order fulfillment and delivery. + Packing blood products for shipment and delivery and processing returns. + Inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality Work Environment: This position regularly involves the following: + Standing for long periods of time. + Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. + Interacting with hospitals and transfusion services. + Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures. + Entering and accessing electronic information. Requirements: + Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. + MS Office and Adobe proficiency with the ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems. + Good communication skills. + Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
