PART-TIME HR generalist
Description We are seeking a PART-TIME (~~16 hours per week. VERY flexible on days: 2- 8 hour days OR 35-6 hour days) HR Generalist for our team located in Northborough, Massachusetts, 01752, United States. As an HR Generalist, you will be tasked with managing a broad spectrum of human resources tasks such as employee recruitment, benefits coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process for open positions • Ensure adherence to all state and federal HR regulations • Oversee the employee benefits program and effectively communicate these to staff • Address employment-related inquiries, including employment verification • Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records, including I-9 records and background investigation results • Supervise the employee disciplinary process • Handle incidents related to worker’s compensation, including reporting and claims • Document detail-oriented achievements of employees • Promote a fair and equitable work culture within all HR functions • Undertake other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as required. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar capacity • Proficiency in Benefit Functions, including the management and administration of employee benefits • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written • Comprehensive knowledge of Compliance regulations and laws within the HR field • Proven experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement • Familiarity with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and application processes • Experience with Paycom or similar HR management software • Demonstrated understanding of HR Compliance, including staying current with changes in HR regulations • Ability to manage and support HR Department functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding • Experience with HR Metrics, including ability to analyze and interpret data to drive HR strategy • Proficient in HR Policy development and implementation • Solid background in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including managing HR records and employee files. **For immediate consideration, please call me directly! 508-205-2127 Eric Lebow** Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
